Condition of Hire

Rental Terms & Conditions of Hire
	No whatsapp or email bookings are taken – costumes need to be seen and fitted before booking.
	We ONLY hire out our costumes within PE area. There is a hire amount as well as a CASH (paper money) refundable deposit required for EACH costume hired.
	The return date of the costumes hired is stipulated on the invoice – failure to adhere to this date will result in you being charged extra per outstanding day.
	Rentals are only booked once you've paid either the rental or deposit amount - an enquiry does not mean its been booked.
	Any damages or special cleaning will be paid for by the hiree.
	There is a full replacement value placed on each costume and this will be paid for by the hiree in the event that the costume hired is not returned or damaged beyond repair.
	Any legal costs incurred in the recovery of said amount or costume will be payable by the hiree.
	You need to be over 18 Years to hire our rentals - Your ID or Driver's licence must be presented on your first hire. Any Cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation Fee. Refundable deposit will only be refunded once ALL the costumes pieces have been returned. It is your responsibility to collect the hired goods within the operating hours of the business. We do not open after hours if not collected in time. No refund on hire items is payable if the hired costumes have not been collected. We can accommodate date changes but only providing the rentals are available for the date change & notice of at least a week is given.
RATES
	Cost depends on the complexity of the costume and whether it is an imported one or not.
	Individual items added to a costume are charged for separately.

We unfortunately do not accept American Express and cheques. Credit cards, cheque cards and debit cards are welcome. However we do not accept American Express.
